The College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) regulates its Members in the public interest in accordance with the Psychotherapy Act, 2007 and the Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991 (RHPA) and the regulations and by-laws made under these Acts.

Members of CRPO who serve on Council or its committees receive remuneration for attendance at, travel to, and preparation for the transaction of College business. CRPO provides remuneration for Council and committee members who are Members of the profession.
