Acts and Regulations

The College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) regulates its registrants in the public interest in accordance with the Psychotherapy Act, 2007 and the Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991 (RHPA) and the regulations and by-laws made under these Acts.

CRPO registrants are expected to understand and comply with the professional, legal and ethical requirements governing their practise.
