Due to system upgrades, the registrant management system will be temporarily offline from January 4 to late January. Applicants and registrants will be unable to access their CRPO accounts until improvements are complete in late January.
We ask that applicants and registrants not contact CRPO regarding administrative matters (e.g. information about their application, changes of address, new clinical experience hours, etc.), until the improved system comes online in late January. Thank you for your patience.

Registrants and applicants will be notified when the new system is available. Information about navigating the new system and details of the system improvements will be available once it rolls out.
Please note that CRPO’s QA portal is now permanently offline. A new QA area will be rolled out this year. In the meantime, all new registrants will now access their Professional Development tools via a fillable PDF form (Word version also available) that can be maintained in a personal portfolio, along with evidence of participation in learning activities. Registrants do not need to submit these templates to CRPO until further notice.
